The Uvalde County Appraisal District is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals for an Appraiser’s position. The starting salary for this position is $39,248 annually. Once certified as a Registered Professional Appraiser (w/in 5 yrs), candidate would be earning upwards of $56,900 annually. Additionally, candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree will receive an additional $3,000 in salary. Applicants must have a high school diploma
or GED, some college hours preferred; clerical experience; must possess good customer service and computer skills; be able to perform routine office procedures; and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment. Position requires fieldwork activity county-wide. Bilingual preferred but not required. Benefits includes health insurance, retirement, and paid holidays.
